That means putting yourself first — and saying yes to better mental health.

Sometimes self-care is simply about NOT doing anything. Life can get overwhelming and it’s really OK to turn down some commitments, especially when you’ve got so much on your plate already. It’s hard, but put yourself first (without feeling guilty!) and find your own happiness before trying to please others. This #SelfcareSaturday, embrace self-preservation and learn to say that (not so) simple one-syllable word — “no.”
